- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and inspections

- Collaborating with team members to improve workflows and efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Boring Mill Operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with precision measuring equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and adapt to changing production needs
