Job Summary
The Department Coordinator II is responsible for providing comprehensive support and coordination for the department. This position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, managing departmental projects, and serving as a liaison between department members and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Specifically for the Human Resource Department, the coordinator will work with the Talent Strategy team to support the administrative responsibilities related to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, record keeping, and training. This position will also independently provide administrative support for a variety of projects. Strong communication skills are required as you will often be representing the HR team to multiple constituents and one of the first on the team to meet new employees. The position reports to the Director for Talent Strategy.
Essential Functions:
The hourly range for this position is expected to be: $26.35-27.85 /per hour (This position is eligible for overtime and shift/weekend differential). Compensation is based on skills and experience.

Standard Work Days and Hours
Generally, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm (with occasional extra hours during peak periods or to cover absences).
