Job Description

The Project Manager (ADNOC Approved) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in compliance with ADNOC standards. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams effectively while ensuring that all project objectives are met within the stipulated time frame and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of project management methodologies and ADNOC regulations, ensuring that all projects align with the company's goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to ADNOC standards.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  9. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  10. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

  7. Strong understanding of ADNOC regulations and standards.

  9. Commitment to continuous professional development.
  10. Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent.
