Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) is created to capitalize on the opportunity of the convergence of cloud and services. The Core Networks Engineering unit ensures a strong focus on end-to-end product development, with aligned flows, tools, and processes. Within this, the Product Development Unit Communication Services, Unified Data Management & Exposure (PDU COS UDME) drives the evolution of IMS, UDM, MSS, and other core network functions towards cloud-native solutions.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our experienced scrum developer team in the MTAS Node Control area. You will develop a wide range of MTAS sats, participate in Security related topics or Cloud Native conversion. C++ and Python are the main languages in this area, but you can explore Generative AI tools as well.

This team provides strong mentoring and support for newcomers, offering an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the transformation towards cloud-native solutions.

What you will do:

• Software/Feature Development in Node Control area into MTAS.
• Collaborate with other developer teams, system testers and CI/CD experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to design and development tasks, primarily in C++ and Python.
• Troubleshoot and correct existing implementations.
• Work within a scrum team and collaborate across teams to meet project goals.

The skills you bring:

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:

• TTCN/TitanSim knowledge.
• Security knowledge/experience.
• Networking knowledge.
• System test experience.
