We are seeking a Cloud engineer to assist in the creation of our Engineering Platform. We need an engineer capable of designing and writing terraform modules to deploy resources on Azure. Deployed resources need to follow our deployment guidelines. Modules will be used by our product teams to deploy their applications, so they need to be easy to use and provide best practices and security by default.
Key duties and responsibilities[
- Design and develop: Create Terraform modules with inputs, outputs, and sub-modules that are user-friendly and adhere to best practices.
- Test and deploy: Conduct automated testing of modules by deploying test applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Document processes: Prepare comprehensive documentation for Terraform modules and blueprints to facilitate their usage by product teams.
- Blueprint creation: Build standardized application deployment blueprints based on Terraform modules for faster implementation.
- Team support: Provide assistance and guidance to product teams in using blueprints and modules effectively.
