As a Junior Software Engineering, you will be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world, learn industry best practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality, accessible, and reliable features. This role will give you exposure to agile development practices, coding standards, accessibility requirements, and defect resolution.
In this role, you will…
- Assist in analyzing requirements and understanding design specifications.
- Contribute to writing clean, maintainable code under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help identify and fix software defects, including accessibility-related issues.
- Write unit tests and participate in debugging sessions.
- Learn and apply accessibility standards (such as WCAG/ARIA) to improve product usability.
- Participate in team code review sessions to learn coding best practices.
- Collaborate with teammates in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Support documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field (pursuing or recently completed).
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
