About the Team Creative Content Solution Team drives revenue growth by ①Quality - Generate content insight and content measurements and ②Quantity - Enhance content creation capabilities for clients - Vertical Content analysis: Leverage creative data and content analysis, provide diverse strategy and insight to guide revenue growth across sales teams - Creative Product Strategy: Support key products and functions growth including AIGC Products/Creator Ads/Content Insight and Measurement/TikTok Live. - Creative & Content Strategy workshops: Bespoke workshops for top clients and their agency partner in order to help them diagnose, plan and execute their campaigns most efficiently on TikTok Responsibilities: 1. Creative Strategy: Familiar with internet advertising and the Australian market, through industry Data Analysis, market insights, research on typical advertisers, etc., gain insights into the business needs and brand advertising requirements of different client segments, understand and identify the elements and optimal formulas that influence advertising creative placement, and drive client business growth through Creative Strategy. 2. Content Product Solution: Familiar with the monetization product logic of brands, creators, performance, etc., optimize or innovate creative ad strategies from various aspects such as content production, content optimization, and content placement, improve Advertising Effect, and produce high-quality product cases. 3. Effectively collaborate with various departments such as product, data, sales, and client service to advance key advertiser demand exploration, product testing, product case packaging, etc., improve performance and volume of creatives, and refine the methodology for content operation in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in internet monetization advertising operations, and preference will be given to those with experience in Product Operation, industry operations, optimization practice, or marketing strategies - Strong industry analysis and Product Operation capabilities, with excellent Data Analysis skills - Able to independently complete client ad creative ad analysis and optimization strategy guidance, summarize analysis reports, and distill work methods or experiences - Good communication and coordination skills, XFN collaboration capabilities, and a high sense of responsibility, strong execution and driving abilities.
