About the team The FMCG team drives growth across everyday essentials, from health to beauty and personal care. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs. Responsibilities - Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans. - Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs. - Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products; - Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks. - Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; - Implement and manage important merchant strategies.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2-5 years of experience in consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics - Experience in budget planning Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience with eCommerce Industry - Familiar with eCommerce in Malaysia Market
