- Blueprint reading and translation
- Framing in new walls and structures
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Work with windows/ doors
- Roofing
- Framing
- Finishing
- Read Tape Measure
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications for the Lead Carpenter:
- Ability to read tape measure
- Reliability
- Experience with power tools
- 5 Carpentry experience required
- Ability to work alone or part of a team
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to be trainable
