Pay Range: $74,160 - $92,700 / annually
The District Maintenance Manager (DMM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the maintenance, repair, and modification of existing Chuze facilities within their assigned district, serving as the primary representative for all facilities and maintenance needs. Acting as the main point of contact for property, facilities, amenities, and fitness equipment across their market, this role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience to Chuze members by overseeing a team of maintenance technicians (MT) and vendor partners.

Ability to remain on-call after-hours and weekends and provide coverage for the team during PTO or when sourcing new technicians
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Ability to facilitate group discussions, analyze situations to define issues, and draw conclusions
Experience leading a team of technicians with the capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
5 years of professional experience in a Facility Management or Commercial Building Engineer role with increasing levels of responsibility (fitness industry is highly preferred)
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Formal technical school experience
Previous experience in the Fitness facilities maintenance
