Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle order processing and light assembly tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role with a steady weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately
  • Manage shipping and receiving tasks
  • Assist with basic assembly work as required
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience handling orders via phone and email
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (French is an asset)
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and light assembly processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Graphics experience is highly preferred and considered a strong asset
