Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle order processing and light assembly tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role with a steady weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks
- Assist with basic assembly work as required
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience handling orders via phone and email
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (French is an asset)
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and light assembly processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Graphics experience is highly preferred and considered a strong asset
