What is the role?

IT Transversal Team mainly supports multiple systems for the HR Corporate Teams on Java/J2EE and Angular tech stack

The Tech Lead supports multiple strategic transformation of in-house and vendor systems and is responsible for the design, development, modification, testing, adaption, implementation and post implementation support of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs and review system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions.

The Technical Lead Full Stack will have the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Onshore team and work in Agile manner.
• Develop assigned user story
• Ensure developments level of quality
• Ensure a good report of advancement to the team lead

What qualities do we look for?

• Very good knowledge in Java Backend (Spring Boot)
• Very good knowledge in Angular
• Good knowledge in Microservices
• Experience in Oracle, Docker. Kubernetes & NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge in UML , DevOps, Intellij, Gitlab (Pipeline CI/CD), Cloud Object Storage
