Senior Decision Support Analyst – Finance Operations Department

Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Here’s What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related is required
• 3 Years Finance healthcare experience is required and
• 1 Year Decision support experience is preferred
• CPA – Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire is preferred Or
• Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire is preferred Or
• Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Prefer experience with relational database technology.

What You Will Do

• Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques.
• Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances.
• Participate in benchmarking efforts that will be used to measure and set goals for improving performance.
• Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems.
• Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of decision support system.
