We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in technical English (e.g. technical translation/ localization/internationalization, the creation of technical documentation, requirements engineering or software solution analysis) to join the Lottery Product Management team as a Product Owner.
Reporting to the Product Manager for Draw Game Management you will initially be involved in working with our lottery clients and engineering teams to ensure customizations to the Draw Game Management products made for a specific customer are fit for purpose and meet contractual obligations. You will oversee the development of the customer-specific product customizations from start to finish, working to elicit and identify business requirements, identify new functionality and enhancements, negotiate scope and subsequently assist the engineering team in delivering a solution that meets customer needs. You will also make sure the customizations are documented in a consistent way so that they could subsequently be implemented in the base product.
As you gain in-depth knowledge of Brightstar’s Draw Game Management portfolio, cross-product dependencies and integrations through delivery to customers, you will become more involved in working with our customers and engineering teams to own, shape and drive the products we create, including our cloud roadmap. You will have the autonomy to oversee the scope of product releases ensuring development is carried out against a well-refined, prioritized feature backlog. Your role will be key in ensuring product development is focused on work items that provide maximum value aligned with product strategy.
This position is a hybrid role based in our Technology Centre in Warsaw, Poland, with the possibility of full remote work for the right candidate after successful onboarding.
