Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact; be an expert they can rely on and trust in terms of digital recommendations.
  • Strategic Support – Ensure proper strategic guidance for the client, with support and collaboration with the assigned strategist.
  • Project Management – plan & oversee project execution, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Contribute to delivering financial goals - craft the client relationship and selling strategies to deliver yearly financial goals
  • Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns related to online product presentation and performance.

Role

Key challenges to be met in this role:

  • Managing Multiple SPOCs & Projects – Balancing priorities and expectations across various SPOCs and projects.
  • Handling Client Expectations – Managing diverse client needs while delivering high-quality e-merchandising solutions.
  • Keeping Up with E-commerce Trends – Adapting to rapidly changing digital merchandising trends.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Quickly resolving issues that occur during project execution.
  • Clear communication - Communicating clearly and confidently with teams and clients across global markets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital or e-commerce agency, preferably in Client Service or Project Management
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken, C1)
  • Experience in working with global Client
  • Proven team management record
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, strategy) and deliver on agreed timelines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes and execute project tasks on time
  • Working knowledge of preparing briefs, estimating costs, creating project timelines, managing workflows, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical curiosity and a strong interest in online marketing
  • Very good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Working with international clients
  • Familiarity with project management tools ( Monday, Asana or similar)

Desired

  • Knowledge of ecommerce content types (written and visual content)
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Zalando or others)
