Position: Program Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt

Shift Details: Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

Work Location: Intensive Residential Treatment Center - Fife, Washington

Salary/Hourly Wage: $75,000 - $87,000/Yearly

Specialties / Licenses or Certifications:

  • Four (4) Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Independent licensure required according to state regulations.

Summary of Job: The Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and maintaining activities within the Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Supervises, trains and schedules assigned staff
    • Plays a lead role with implementing training modules, adjusting them according to demand and upgrading them on a continuous basis.
    • Provides on-call coverage for the Program as assigned.
  2. Guest Care & Advocacy:
    • Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.
  3. Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.
    • Completes clinical documentation as required.
    • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
    • Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
  4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Assists with administration of the Program business plan to include ensuring contract expectations are met and adherence to budget.
    • Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.
    • Supports clinical team in screening potential participants and providing referrals to other agencies as needed.
  5. Additional Duties:
    • Performs other related duties assigned.

  3. Driving Requirements:
    • If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations’ driving policy.
    • If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed.
  4. Miscellaneous Requirement(s):
    • Travel required based on business need.
    • Must be 18 years of older
    • Successful complete and meet all requirements of the comprehensive credentialing process.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

      • Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable).
      • Must be able to pass education verification check.
      • Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states.
      • Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position).

A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.

Physical Demands:

May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Work Environment

May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region.

At Recovery Innovations compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $87,000 per year
