Employment Type: Temporary, 6-month contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the onboarding experience for new agency temp workers, working in collaboration with other areas, such as IT, Operations, the People Department, Training & Education, etc. to ensure the best extended workforce experience
  • Works with People Operations leadership, Training & Education, and Operations leadership to diagnose skill gaps and identify possible training solutions
  • Supports recruitment by placing outsourcing orders to agencies, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Serves a pivotal point of contact for non-employees, researching pay discrepancy issues, conversion eligibility, and providing general employee customer support
  • Performs monthly audits of onboarding data/access to ensure non-employees are properly set-up in Company systems; works closely with agency and Corporate
  • HRIS/VMS team to address any issues in onboarding occurring in Company HRIS/VMS or in system provisioning
  • Assists with coordinating new hire orientation scheduling and ensures required training is completed by extended workforce workers
  • Manages the maintenance of extended worker accounts in VNDLY and Workday
  • Facilitates extended workforce offboarding working in collaboration with agency HR representatives, DocGo field management, IT and other DocGo departments
  • Ensures each agency partner’s compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws to reduce potential for litigation by randomized audits of employee personnel files
  • Undertakes special projects as directed
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • HR experience, required
  • Experience with different HRIS platforms
