Physician - Neurology Hospitalist
The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Neurology, is seeking a neurohospitalist to join it's dynamic team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care. Candidates fresh out of training as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
In this role, candidates will diagnose, treat, and manage neurology patients in an inpatient care setting. Candidates will provide care and consultative services of acute neurological disorders. Schedules are structured with a "7 days on/& days off" model with the option for additional shifts per month or outpatient clinic for additional compensation. Candidates may be involved with clinical teaching and research if desired. Responsibilities also include duties assigned by the Department Chair or that are otherwise typically expected of a physician in the department.
