Shift Time: Days for Training, Evenings mostly thereafter (8-hour shifts)
Status: 1.0 FTE
Independently performs routine and special diagnositc procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients of all age groups served by SPH. The position routinely performs waived, moderate and high complexity tesing (with an Associates degree).

Qualifications:
Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS): Scientist: Bachelor’s in Medical Technology (or equivalent), national CLS certification and MT licensure within 6 months
Clinical Lab Technician/MLT: Associate’s in Medical Technology (or equivalent), national MLT certification and MT CLT licensure upon hire
One-year experience as a generalist clinical laboratory scientist or technician in a hospital setting preferred.
