ABOUT THE ROLE

The Parts Specialist works in warehouses where they gather, pack, prepare and load goods for dispatching. Parts Specialist support the Service Department by shipping directly to dealer and staging parts for Contractor pick up.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull, package, and ship parts to dealers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute parts for contractors performing warranty repairs.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist with audits.
  • Track orders and communicate status updates to dealers, contractors, and service reps.
  • Ensure all shipping paperwork and documentation is completed correctly.
  • Support warranty claims with accurate part numbers and availability information.
  • Keep the parts storage area clean, safe, and organized for quick access.
  • Collaborate with the service team to anticipate upcoming part needs and streamline processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse work preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers and inventory tracking systems.
  • Good communicator with dealers, contractors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
  • Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
