The Campaign Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end execution of video production campaigns across Medicare Advantage and Life Insurance lines of business. Acting as the primary external-facing liaison with production vendors, this individual ensures campaigns run on schedule, meet compliance requirements, and are delivered with excellence. The Campaign Coordinator partners cross-functionally with Media, Legal, and Business Teams, while also supporting internal stakeholders in creative development, asset QA, and performance analysis.
This position requires both organizational precision and production know-how — including the ability to independently lead on-set activities, manage vendor communications, and oversee critical workflow systems. Success in this role demands a go-getter mentality, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can pivot quickly, prioritize against evolving business goals, and maintain strong organization while managing multiple campaigns at once. Some travel is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
