• Collaborate with your facility colleagues to further develop the campus
• Independently manage all (climate) installations
• Independently coordinate all Electrical & Mechanical internal projects
• Work in an international, multinational organization in a beautiful working environment

Your responsibilities

• Asset management of electrical and mechanical installations
• Asset management of fire detection systems, CCTV, and access control systems
• Coordination and improvement of physical security
• Contract management of suppliers
• Operational coordination of technical projects on campus

Your profile

• You have at least MBO-4 level of education preferably with a background in installation technology
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing technology projects
• Experience in managing external contractors
• Knowlegde and experience in physical security
• Knowledge and experience in energy monitoring and sustainability
• Experience with administrative tasks is a plus (purchase orders, invoices, and Topdesk)
• You have excellent coordination skills but are also willing to contribute operationally
• You thrive in a dynamic environment
• A true team player with strong communication skills

This position offers a competitive salary range of €3.600,00 up to €4.600,00 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) with a comprehensive travel allowance on top.
