Description

Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate records.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including leave management, contract preparation, and compliance tracking.Liaise with government entities and external vendors as needed.

Profile

UAE National with Family BookMinimum 3-5 years of HR administration experience.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government processes.
