Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven product management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects across multiple verticals for our Last Mile Driver Training and Program (DT&P) team.
Amazon Last Mile Driver Training and Program team is responsible for developing training modalities, creating training content and managing capacity to execute a successful training program for all delivery associates (DA) in North America business. DT&P has launched multiple training modalities that rely on virtual reality, simulations, and AI to train all the newly hired DAs every year who deliver packages at the doorstep of our customers.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to define the future of DT&P as you build innovative experiences that are used by thousands of DA every year. As Senior Product Manager for AI/ML products, you will focus on technologies that will help customers discover and engage with training in new ways. You will harness the power of technology to help define and build new training experiences that make it easier for DA to receive training when they need, learn the core skills and retain the knowledge to deliver best customer experience.
The Product Manager will be the CEO of the features they build and own delivery of them across the network that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. The Product Manager will closely collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, Project Management, Design, 3rd party vendors and more, to set strategy for, define, design, and directly manage all aspects of the customer experience. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, have experience defining and delivering AI/ML related products quickly and at scale, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
