The Business Operations Specialist Early Carrier Talent will take on a multifaceted role ensuring both first class communication with Internal KSH, Customers, and Indirect Distribution partners, as well as internal processes such as opportunities execution; CRM base data entry, offers, tenders executional support and daily tasks directly related to Modality Manager.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communication and coordination of external customers/Distribution partners and internal functional teams and coordination to accommodate Imaging business needs. This relates to ongoing customer requests and support activities for offers, tenders executional support
  • Support Marketing teams to execute events, congresses across the Eastern Europe region
  • Keep customer information up to date in systems SalesForce.com.
  • As Commercial Operations Specialist you take a facilitating role in striving for a seamless operation, with satisfied customers and internal stakeholders as a result
  • Provide support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with functional teams
  • Work within an international matrix environment, showing a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service
  • Contribution to team goals and KPI metrics
  • Facilitate and expedite day to day tasks directly related to Modality Manager
  • Role will be operated on-site

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum College degree in related field (engineering, management studies, logistics, economics, etc.),
  • Experience working in a similar type of role in an Operations capacity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
  • Negotiation skills/experience
  • Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments.
