Will be responsible for the operations of the Environmental Services Department.
High school diploma required; college degree, or equivalent related experience preferred.
Strong understanding of infection prevention standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental cleaning best practices.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) preferred.
3-5 years related experience preferred.
