Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is currently looking for a Fixture Assembly Operator to join our Manufacturing / Wood Shop Department. This department builds the fixtures and cabinets for all the Hobby Lobby stores. On-site training is available.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday, hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Starting wage $19.25 an hour!

This full-time position is located at the company’s Manufacturing building in Oklahoma City.

Function:

• Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
• Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
• Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
• Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
• Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed

NOTE: Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)

Job Description - Requirements

• Ability to handle merchandise up to 10 feet long and 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand 8 hours per day
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Possess good math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable working with nail/staple guns and other power tools
• Willingness to rotate job assignments
• Ability to work on an assembly line
• Comfortable working with large machinery
• Good attendance is required
• Reliable transportation is required
• Good listening and communication skills
• Experience is a plus
