Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing all field operations such as warehousing, distribution, logistics, execution services for a best in class Finished Goods and Visibility Items. Customer Service Specialist represents first point of contact for Red Bull Customers providing support as well to the internal customers/stakeholders. S/he is responsible for the supply chain execution of finished goods & visibility items and for the execution of the order to cash process (O2C).

- 3PL & Operations Management- Ownership of O2C (Order to Cash) process, for both finished goods and VISITs in SAP, including events and services of RB coolers/VISIT items.
- Prepare route plans of daily shipments/deliveries and coordinate with 3PL Logistics Vendor .
- Create efficiencies and productivity with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Contribute and assist Daily invoicing Operations.
- Validate 3PL invoices and contribute in the approval process.
- Coordinate internally and externally for a fluent and issueless operations.
- Ensuring all systems are updated timely to reflect actual data.
- Ensuring requested reports for the daily/monthly activities.
- Articulate key performance indicators related to cost, performance and optimization and the insights associated with them.
- Track customer perceived service level and customer satisfaction with proper reporting methodology. Proactively lead customer visits and periodical meetings.
- Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating both from the 3PL and customer.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to support internal and external customers being the interface with the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries.
- Execute stock transaction entries in SAP.
- Execute stock count operations based on the guidelines.
- Accountability on accuracy of the stock in the warehouses.
- Month/Year end closing, execution, and monitoring of periodical tasks.
 
- Project, Data Management and Reporting- Deliver routine daily customer service activities of Finished Goods and Visibility Items.
- Make sure sufficient reporting mechanism and systems in place and fully in use.
- Maintain Systems and Database integrity between 3PL and SAP.
- Document and updated of local processes.
- Manage projects when necessary.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Customer Service of Finished Products and Visibility Items in a Multi-National Company
- Experience of working in customer service, warehousing, logistics and transportation processes is a must.
- Experience of managing a 3PL vendor is a must.
- Working knowledge of SAP, TM(Transportation Management Tool ) and MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creative thinking and development of innovative solutions to complex customer challenges.
- Experienced in managing large accounts on a regional.
