Do you know what stops the scroll in a crowded feed? Smart creative, delivered fast—and with purpose. We're hiring a Creative Automation Strategist to rethink how our stories show up across digital & social, using systems and insights to build content that wins both clicks and hearts.

This global role blends storytelling and systems thinking—driving smart automation while never losing sight of what makes content resonate. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our digital and social media presence through automated content creation, dynamic frameworks, and Generative AI technologies.

As part of the Paid & Social Media team within Group Function Marketing, and reporting to the Global Head of Paid & Social Media, you’ll help ensure that creativity and automation fuels attention—not replaces it—and that Ericsson shows up with creative that’s as relevant as it is efficient.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Develop and execute automated creative workflows powered by GenAI tools.
• Explore AI-driven content personalization for social media and digital campaigns.
• Optimize creative production using machine learning and automation techniques.
• Provide thought leadership on AI trends and creative automation.

Social Media & Content Execution

• Creative production for engaging digital experiences.
• Manage social media content production, ensuring brand alignment and storytelling consistency.
• Leverage design and creative tools for scalable, high-quality assets.
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into marketing workflows.

Center of Excellence for Social Channels

• Act as Ericsson’s Center of Excellence for digital & social media, driving innovation and consistency across platforms.
• Implement creative best practices for LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Develop channel-specific creative strategies that maximize engagement, reach, and brand impact.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm shifts, and platform innovations.
• Ensure cross-platform synergies while maintaining unique storytelling approaches for each channel.

Tool Implementation & Optimization

• Evaluate and implement AI-powered creative tools.
• Define KPIs for creative performance and audience engagement.
• Continuously optimize automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in content production.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Globally partner up and collaborate to scale content strategies.
• Train internal teams on creative tools and methodologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation in creative automation.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and creativity within the paid and social team and the broader organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in social creative production, social media strategy, and digital content production.
• Deep expertise in AI-driven creative tools and Generative AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing platforms and their implementation.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage insights for creative optimization.
• Exceptional ability to merge creativity, automation, and strategic thinking.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
