The Director of Product Management Business Applications is a transformational leader focused on optimizing and advancing DFCI’s enterprise platforms, with a primary emphasis on Workday and UKG. This role builds and evolves foundational governance structures, product management frameworks, and prioritization models that will shape enterprise technology delivery. The Director of Product Management, Business Applications collaborates with senior business and IT leaders to define strategy, drive alignment, and ensure platforms evolve to meet organizational goals. This is a hands-on role for a strategic, process-oriented leader who thrives in building teams and maturing enterprise engagement models. The Director of Product Management Business Applications will champion the delivery of measurable business value through enterprise applications. Ultimately, this role will influence how DFCI governs and extracts long-term value from its Workday and UKG investments.
