Within the BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt Ltd (“ISPL”) Organization, the OPC (Operational Permanent Control) correspondents for the Information Technology / Global Banking Operations, Global Market Ops, Client Engagement Ops/Functions/Financial Shared Services perimeters is under the management of the Head of Conduct & Controls and works in close relationship with the relevant Operational Entity (OE) teams.
Main responsibilities would involve implementing the operational risk management framework and monitoring the operational risk related to Global Banking Operations area such as Cash management, Trade Finance & Credit Operations activities. Analyze control results (Ops, OPC, LoD2, LoD3) and incidents to identify main operational risks and follow the associated mitigation/remediation actions (including recommendations).
Will also be responsible for the improvement of the overall internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BNPP Group standards related to GBO Operations.
