Responsibilities: 1.Shape TikTok Monetization's growth through the development of personalized strategies such as coupons, internal advertising, and intelligent suggestions. This role directly influences the company's P&L and monetization roadmap. 2.Work with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge machine learning models aimed at enhancing SMB advertisers' performance. This includes predicting key performance indicators like click-through rates and conversion rates, leveraging data and technology to drive business outcomes. 3.Build TTAM (TikTok Ads Manager) Copilot by integrating LLMs into our products and services to improve advertiser engagement. Tasks include developing Generative-AI based QAs, recommending auto-creation strategies, and developing conversational creation flows, all contributing to user satisfaction and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 2. Experience with machine learning, in either an academic or industrial setting. 3. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including natural language processing, computer vision, click-through rate prediction, etc. 4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Go, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn). 5. Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. 7. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, collaboration, ownership, empathy, honesty). Preferred Qualifications: 1.
