Job Summary:
The Program Lead is primarily responsible for enhancing access to behavioral health services for students by building and maintaining strong partnerships with local schools and behavioral health providers. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of a centralized database to streamline and improve school access to behavioral health resources. In addition to managing these partnerships and systems, the Program Lead will support continuous quality improvement through effective project management, data analysis, and process optimization. REQUIRES: Bachelor’s Degree and 3-years program or project management, preferably in behavioral health or psychiatry.
Job Duties:
Provide day-to-day oversight, including administration, implementation, communication and strategy of the program. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals and initiatives are achieved.
