We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong eye for detail and a systems-thinking mindset. You should be confident designing complex interfaces for creative professionals, comfortable conducting user research, and thoughtful in balancing product, user, and business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Own design end-to-end: from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution and implementation.
• Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions.
• Craft clear, thoughtful, and accessible user experiences with a strong attention to visual and interaction details.
• Use prototypes and research to validate ideas and inform decisions.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system and product standards.
• Communicate ideas clearly and back decisions with insights, data, or rationale.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product design work across web or tools-based interfaces
• Deep experience designing interactive, high-density UIs with a keen attention to craft and details
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch) for wireframing, prototyping, and handoff
• Strong time management and ability to deliver quality work within fast-paced timelines
• Experience conducting end-to-end UX research, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset with familiarity using product analytics to inform design decisions
• Strong visual design sensibility and clear understanding of layouts, hierarchy, and interaction patterns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Ability to distill complex concepts into intuitive, simple user flows
