Job Summary

We are currently looking for a mid-level C#.NET Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing internal tools for our Payments Support team by contributing to the development of a React-based application.

Job Location

Remote: Legal residents of one of the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY

We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the rewrite of legacy ColdFusion tools using React, C#.NET, and SQL Server with Dapper.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team that includes dedicated database engineers and QA testers.
• Translate business needs into functional and scalable technical solutions.
• Engage in peer code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with C#.NET
• 3+ years of experience with React (Angular experience may also be considered)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Dapper
• Any experience with ColdFusion (for the legacy rewrite)

Education

• This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
