Operations Assistant
Pay: $18–$21 per hour
Location: Medford, Oregon
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
BBSI is seeking, on behalf of our client, an Operations Assistant to support daily business functions and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a dynamic, full-time role that blends administrative tasks with customer service and scheduling responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering phones, assisting with inquiries, and processing payments
- Present and promote products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and assist with quoting and bidding projects
- Schedule appointments, coordinate project timelines, and monitor deadlines
- Work closely with installers and sales staff to ensure seamless execution of installation projects
- Receive and inspect warehouse orders for accuracy and damage
- Monitor accounts receivable for efficient scheduling and timely payments
- Assist in maintaining a positive social media presence
- Support general office operations including clerical work and light cleaning duties

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the facility
