  • Achieve sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
  • Adhere to sales procedures diligently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  • Promote Company products/services, aiming for:
    • Monthly contract sales budget
    • Monthly product sales budget
    • Monthly job sales budget
  • Effective sales strategy includes:
    • 6 confirmed customer appointments daily
    • 8 prospect calls daily
  • Conduct weekly reviews and submit daily reports.
  • Mandatory use of activity tracking tool.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up with market trends.
  • Conduct business negotiations to protect company profitability.
  • Work with the General Manager on sales strategies using marketing resources.
  • Align daily activities with KPIs and report via SOLO tool.
  • Provide accurate quotations using "Speed Reporter."
  • Process sales orders using company pricing tools correctly.
