Responsibilities :

Join Lexmark’s Global Business Services (GBS) and help deliver efficient, high-quality Order to Cash (O2C) services. As an Order To Delivery Representative, you’ll manage customer requests from order to payment, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service. YOUR ACTIVITIES:

  • Manages assigned customer accounts and ensures service meets Lexmark policies, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Identifies and resolves issues through root-cause analysis, provides solutions, and ensures timely follow-up.
  • Supports system/process improvements
  • Creates reports
  • Monitors and manages customer orders in SAP
  • Handles customer master data updates and daily communication with customers and internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and requirements.
  • Resolves backorders and builds strong relationships across teams
  • Ensures achievement of KPIs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University or college degree
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • 1+ years of experience in order delivery
  • Experience with SAP /Power BI / Business Objects or Project Management would be a plus
