As a Customer Success Unit (CSU) Onboarding Program Manager on the Worldwide Learning Onboarding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class, role-based onboarding experiences for our technical sales teams. Specifically, you’ll lead the onboarding strategy for the Customer Success Unit (CSU), partnering closely with business stakeholders to design, evolve, and scale impactful programs.

- Collaborate with business partners in the Customer Success Unit (CSU) organizations by aligning and adapting existing team practices, processes and tools and innovating new solutions as needed
- Manage all aspects of the CSU onboarding programs for Worldwide Learning executing through program/project management excellence
- Contribute to our agentic-first onboarding strategy
- Represent CSU customer-facing roles in existing and new virtual onboarding programs within our portfolio differentiating curriculum and experiences for maximum learner impact
- Develop and maintain effective communications and relationships across your business partners and stakeholder community
- Drive innovation and experimentation into onboarding programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners
- Be data-driven, focusing metrics and learner’s experience in decision-making and shaping the learner experience

Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading complex projects from start to delivery, with a broad array of skills to ensure high value end-user focused outcomes.
- Experience with using AI for operational efficiency and an understanding of the use of AI in learning.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's) AND 6+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
- Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
- 8+ years of program management experience, self-motivated, confident partnering with Senior Leadership
- Effective understanding of CSU roles a plus
- Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills – known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize the complex
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
