We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst/Reporting Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, generating insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions. You will utilize tools like SQL, Python, Sigma, and other visualization platforms to integrate, transform, and present data in meaningful ways. This is a hybrid role that blends both data analysis and development expertise to deliver actionable insights.

In this role, you will:

  • Report Development: Create, design, develop and write interactive and dynamic reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools, tailored to meet the needs of different business stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, providing business leaders with data-driven recommendations.
  • Automation & Optimization: Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and data engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Data Integration & Transformation: Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure it is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain clear documentation for data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL for querying databases and Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
  • 5+ years of proven experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly reports.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver insights.
  • Experience with data modeling and data warehousing is a plus.
