CommBank’s Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Strategy and Performance (S&P) team is looking for a Content Producer to join our FCO Change, Capability, Communications and Culture portfolio, responsible design, production and implementation of content that drives performance, quality, capability and engagement.
Financial Crime Operations (FCO) is a team of 2000+ Operations Professionals and leads the Group’s approach to managing Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Sanctions risks and obligations through the provision of operational services across the Customer Lifecycle. This includes Onboarding and KYC, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD), Ongoing Due Diligence including Transaction Monitoring (TM), Customer and Payment Screening and periodic KYC Refresh.
The Strategy & Performance function is an enablement function supporting Financial Crime Operations to meet the performance and quality objectives set by the Group. S&P work in partnership with the FCO operational teams to set the strategic direction, define performance targets and operating model as well as provide core enablement functions including; governance, workforce optimisation, performance insights, strategic initiatives, change management, capability, communications, etc.

We are looking for a creative and innovative content producer to support our capability and knowledge functions.
The Content Producer role is focused on the creation, curation and distribution of helpful, relevant content to a range of FCO audiences.
You will report to the Senior Communications Manager and work closely with subject matter experts across FCO and QA, Capability, Knowledge Management and the business to evolve the way we deliver and drive content, which makes our people perform optimally and with confidence.
