Job Description:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify improvement opportunities across first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes.
  • Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Tech, and external stakeholders to design, pilot, and implement solutions.
  • Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Benchmark practices against industry peers and contribute to shaping SPX’s network strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills.
  • High ownership mindset and a bias for action.
  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, time-based functions) and building data visualization dashboards is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity among cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
