About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Planner at Ultimaker, you'll be at the forefront of our Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations, owning the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP), managing planning routines, and continuously optimizing supply chain and inventory turns. You'll play a crucial role in preparing the S&OP, controlling the 12-month rolling Operations plan, and managing Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Inventory Projection. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, drive Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives, and make a real impact on our end-to-end value chain. ????????

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare the S&OP and control the 12-month rolling Operations plan.
• Upload and update MRP (Material Resource Planning) and run the Inventory projection.
• Analyze, maintain, and optimize MRP settings to balance risk buffer with healthy inventory turns.
• Manage EOL (End-of-Life) planning and minimize obsolescence exposure.
• Provide inputs to Procurement to improve upstream conditions, affecting Leadtimes and Minimum Order Quantities for high-value items.
• Regularly evaluate with internal customers, such as Trade units, Procurement, and Production.
• Initiate and support Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives for cross-value chain improvements.

Your Place in the Organization:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll report to the VP Supply Chain and Manufacturing and be an expert member of the SC&M management team.

Do You Fit This Profile?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 5 years of proven experience and responsibility in Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
• Green Belt Lean Sigma certification is preferred.
• English proficiency is required, and Dutch proficiency is appreciated.
• Experience with D365 is a plus.
• Self-starting and able to create structure.
• Accurate with a keen eye for detail.
• An easy and open communicator and team player.
• Hands-on and capable of leading by example.
