The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local based agencies. Responsibilities: - Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations who focus on live-streaming - Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem - Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globally - Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training and shared operational services - Provide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticals
Minimum Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or above - 4+ years experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry - Fluent in Spanish and English to effectively manage both English and Spanish speaking agencies - Professional, patient and skillful communicator - Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and capacity for pressure Preferred Qualification: - Existing network with influencers, celebrities or live-streaming platforms or an affinity for it - Passion for the creator economy and its enormous potential
