Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences Enrollment Management team is seeking a diligent, attention-to-detail, data driven individual for an Academic Coordinator/Data Analystposition. This position plays a key role in academic course scheduling, enrollment planning, and data reporting within the College of Arts & Sciences. Responsibilities include auditing and entering course schedules using the university’s SAP system, maintaining instructor assignment records, and assisting with course change processing and approvals. The role involves preparing and analyzing enrollment data using tools such as Tableau and Excel to support course planning, student success initiatives, and strategic decision-making across departments and programs. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organization and problem-solving are essential.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience with university scheduling software, Microsoft excel and Microsoft teams is desirable.
