Job Summary

The Service Support role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by supporting all aspects of service team in a fast-paced, polished casual environment. This entry-level position focuses on speed, cleanliness, and a team-first attitude to ensure each guest leaves with a positive impression. We are Fanatically Delivering From-Scratch Mexican Memories—and every Service Support team member plays a part. From chipping and resetting tables to running food and drinks, this role helps keep the restaurant flowing smoothly. Team members are expected to live our values:

Responsibilities

• Team Member Training
• Chip and reset tables quickly and thoroughly
• Pre-bus tables and keep dining areas clean throughout service
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and with urgency
• Support servers with refills, sauces, to-go items, and table maintenance
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Communicate clearly & confidently with guests and team members
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready environment at all times

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided
• Must meet minimum age requirement per local laws
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred (Not Required):
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Must be willing to have food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
