Job Summary:

This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that accelerate new employee ramp-up, foster early engagement, and ensure alignment with our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, high-impact learning programs that enhance employee engagement, build cultural connection, and accelerate productivity.
  • Use data, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven enhancements.
  • Partner closely with HR, IT, Communications, Change Management and business leaders to ensure seamless learning experiences and alignment to organizational needs.
  • Deliver engaging live or virtual learning sessions and develop toolkits, resources, and training guides for managers and on-the-job learning partners.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS), employee experience platforms, and communication tools to deliver and track content and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eLearning development tools (Articulate, Adobe).
  • Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience with both in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (e.g., APTD, CPTD) a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or HR, with a strong focus on program management.
  • Experience designing learning programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile learning, or user experience (UX) design approaches.
  • Previous experience in a retail insurance/insurance brokerage role a plus.
