Applications for Adjunct Faculty to teach all areas of management are currently being accepted and will be reviewed as needed. Applicants should indicate in their cover letter which campus or teaching sites (Hattiesburg and/or Long Beach) they are willing to accept in these interim assignments.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B).
Job Summary
Adjunct faculty members provide face-to-face, hybrid, and online course instruction including all aspects of course administration as an instructor of record.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Master degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in management. Should be AACSB qualified for being an instructor of record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in accounting from an AACSB accredited program; professional experience in management; evidence of scholarly research, certification, and experience in teaching hybrid/flipped/online classes are plusses.
