ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Foundation coordinator oversees the operations of the EAMC Foundation office and is responsible for developing processes and procedures to ensure all philanthropic gifts to the Foundation are held to the highest fiduciary standards and all donors are stewarded in a timely and appropriate manner. This position will be creating fundraising appeal tracking reports and donor prospect identifications in Bloomerang, One Cause, and Donor Drive software.
The Foundation coordinator assists the Director in seamlessly planning fundraising events. Tasks include assisting in securing silent auction items, communicating with event sponsors, coordinating vendors and production schedules, and managing the budget.
The Foundation Coordinator assists the Director with mail and email fundraising appeals. Tasks include list preparation, vendor coordination, and tracking of results.
The Foundation coordinator plays an integral part in developing innovative fundraising strategies to accomplish the Foundation’s strategic plan.
