Your Impact

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design and develop high-quality analytical solutions using design thinking and agile methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with global enterprise systems. Collaborating closely with enterprise product teams, you will manage the end-to-end development and tracking of value capture plans, reporting, and metrics.

Your work will involve deriving actionable insights through advanced analytics, modeling data for consumption in collaboration with the data engineering team, and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will also act as a data advocate, raising awareness of the value of data through storytelling, communication, and coaching.

Your qualifications and skills

• Graduate (B. Tech / BCA) in a technical or quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• 2-5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
• Expertise in SQL and working with large datasets and distributed computing tools
• Experience with machine learning, AI, advanced statistical techniques, and data engineering
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and data modelling tools like Alteryx, Knime etc
• Knowledge of cloud database technologies and APIs (SAP HANA, Snowflake, SaaS - is a plus )
• Proven track record of delivering value through advanced analytics and machine learning
